Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Machine Setter to join a trusted supplier of temporary protection materials at their site based in Sheffield.
With a focus on precision and efficiency, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the production processes, ensuring the seamless operation of extrusion and print lines.

What will you be doing as a Machine Setter?
* Operating the extrusion and print line to ensure seamless production processes
* Setting up and operating the line according to established operating procedures
* Efficiently changing the line as required to meet production demands
* Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet certified quality standards
* Labelling, packing, and preparing finished products for distribution
* Adhering to health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
* Performing general warehouse duties as needed to support production operations
What do you need?
* A background in manufacturing
* Machine setting / operating experience
* Plastic processing experience / extrusion experience
* A background in injection moulding (beneficial)
* Flexibility to work a continental shift pattern
