We are delighted to be partnering with an established Blue Chip FMCG Manufacturing business in the South East who are recruiting a Manufacturing Shift Manager.

Reporting to the Operations Managerand leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of up to 50, this is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills withina well-established expanding business. The role has a high level of exposure to the wider group and is a springboard for career progression.

This role will lead the shift, ensuring the team are working in a safe environment, driving process improvements, delivering against targets and maintaining product quality.Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
