Job Details

Due to continued growth and demand in our Advanced Analytics service, we are looking for forward-thinking, intelligent and analytically driven individuals to join our team.

Our Advanced Analytics consultancy team are industry leaders in completing custom projects for most of the top brands and retailers in the UK. Building on our unparalleled continuous research data, we are able to further expand our understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour through innovative approaches.

Typical analytical projects within Advanced Analytics include consumer segmentations, promotional analysis, product ranging and innovation to name just a few. You could be working with clients from across the FMCG industry, incredibly rich data and a suite of tools and techniques at your disposal, there are always new challenges to explore.

You will join a friendly and expanding team who are all passionate about how we can make a real commercial impact through project based, evidence led insight that goes beyond our continuous reporting. You will be passionate about consumer and shopper research, you will want to understand how people behave and why, as well as have a desire to answer some of our clients most fundamental questions.
 

The role will involve:
  • Identifying opportunities across the business for potential projects through working closely with our Client Services teams.
  • Consulting with clients to understand their business issues, building on current relationships with key decision makers.
  • Attending and leading pitches for bespoke projects with the support of client services colleagues.
  • Creating and developing solutions to client’s consumer, shopper and marketing issues, by working directly with our analysts, client service teams and wider global Kantar colleagues.
  • Presenting complex projects with credibility, passion and impact.
     
Your experience will include:
  • A background in market research with some exposure to advanced research solutions also desirable.
  • The ability to link research issues with appropriate solutions.
  • Working with large datasets to produce compelling insight.
  • Presenting large datasets in a clear and concise manner with impact.
  • Great project management skills, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects from proposal to presentation.
