The Role:

As a Maths Lead Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Mathematics department to new heights of success. You will inspire and motivate both students and staff, ensuring that every student achieves their full potential. Responsibilities include curriculum development, student management, and strategic thinking to drive improvement and innovation within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.

* Proven track record of excellence in teaching Maths, with leadership experience preferred.

* Outstanding subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
