Meat Trimmer

Full Job Description

We're seeking an individual to become a Meat Trimmer within our Broxburn based food production client.

This is a full-time ongoing opportunity working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:20; paid weekly at £11.44 per hour.

As a Meat Trimmer you will be a key part of the production process, cutting and trimming meat from larger wholesale portions into other cuts like steaks and roasts. Whilst following health and safety, company policies and procedures.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a food production environment; with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team, capable of following both written and verbal instructions.
