Mechanical Shift Engineer | Day Shifts Only | Commercial FM industry | Hounslow, West London | 40,000 + Employment Package.

We are actively recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the team within a leading UK transport hub in Hounslow, West London.
Package: What is in it for you?
- Basic Salary: 40,000
- Hours: 4 on, 4 off: 06:30am - 6:30pm.

Duties:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance across Mechanical and HVAC equipment.
- Attending breakdowns, fault finding and carrying out reactive maintenance measures to Mechanical and HVAC equipment.
- Working with equipment such as: Air Handling Units (AHUs) / Fan Coil Units (FCUs) - coil cleans, filter cleans/changes, lubricating moving parts, replacing components etc, pump repairs / replacements, bearings, basic pipework, plumbing duties, 1st line faults to splits/multi splits, boilers, heat pumps, chillers etc.
- Logging in/out of jobs and updating job notes on company CAFM system, updating log-books and on-site compliance paperwork, adhering to companyhealth and safety policy etc.
Requirements:
- Must hold a mechanical qualification, ie: City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning etc. We will also accept applications from individuals classed as "time served".
- Must have experience working on mechanical / hvac equipment within a commercial environment.
- Due to the size of the campus, a driving license would be highly beneficial.
