Mechanical Design Engineer

The Role

• Undertake product design for customer enquiries and mechanical design for component/tooling requirements.
• Produce designs using Autodesk Inventor from initial 3D models to final manufacturing drawings and Solidworks
• Programming using Matlab & Ansys
• Provide valuable mechanical product design expertise to contribute to the success of projects and overall company growth
• Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Ideally, you will have experience in programming in either C, Matlab or Python
• Knowledge of CAD, CAM, FEA, CNC systems would be beneficial.
• 2+ years experience in a design / development role

Package

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
