We are working with a leading machinery manufacturer in the FMCG industry looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their engineering team in Accrington! Renowned for their global presence and reliability, they offer comprehensive solutions from individual machines to complete facilities.

This would be suitable for those with mechanical/industrial design experience, proficient in 2D/3D modelling and ERP systems, and possessing strong problem-solving skills, the role demands efficiency, communication, and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed drawings of components.
• Create Bills of Material using IFS engineering software.
• Develop design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Solidworks.
• Perform sizing and selection calculations for mechanical components.
• Collaborate on Design for Manufacture and Assembly improvements.

In return you'll receive a salary up to 42,000, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and an annual bonus.
