What will you be doing?

As a Mechanical Design specialist , you will join the team to support our activities within the aerospace sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for the design and detail modelling of a variety of suite components to meet programme requirements.
• Producingdesigns to meet specified cost/weight targets.
• Participatingin Design Reviews throughout each phase of the New Product Introduction process.
• Responsible for the selection and application of materials and processes that are appropriate to each design element.
• Ensuringthe successful integration of each design element within the product.
• Participatingin the validation of the product (using such methods as prototyping, test, DFMEA

Experience required:

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with demonstrable experience. 
• Experience in cabin interiors, seats and car infotainment systems is preferrable
• Knowledge of Catia or similar work package
