Mechanical Foot Mobile Engineer - City & West End

45,000 plus Zones 1&2 Travelcard

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

GH Engage are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work on a Foot mobile basis for a leading UK based maintenance service provider in across Central London - the City and West End. The role is covering 12 sites and you will be carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on a commercial portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading service provider working on blue-chip commercial contracts in Central London. Ideally you will have a City & Guilds Mechanical qualification - Level 2/3.

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• FCU Servicing
• AHUs - Filter and belt changes
• Fire Alarms
• Emergency Lighting
• Sprinkler Tests
• Ballast Changes
• Fault Finding
• Water Temperature Checks
• Log Books

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 2/3 Mechanical - Ideal
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Building services maintenance experience
• Experience working on a Foot Mobile basis is preferred but not essential
