We are recruiting for a highly regarded and long established Building Services Technology Focussed Sub-Contractor who specialise in Cat. A and Cat. B Fitout and the technology industry, working on new build and refurb. projects in Central London. Mechanical Building Services value on their projects typically ranges between approx. £1M and £10M in value.

They are looking to recruit a Mechanical or Pipework Building Services Installation Site Manager to oversee Mechanical Building Services Installation on Central London Based Project Work.

This is a career position and they are very much looking for a Mechanical Site Manager who wants a permanent staff position with a view to progressing their career. They would like to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager who is keen to move forwards to a Project Manager Role within the company in due course.
