Mechanical Supervisor

Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and lead our mechanical maintenance and installation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. The Mechanical Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians in maintenance, repair, and installation projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate mechanical activities and projects.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems to identify and address issues proactively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and solving complex mechanical problems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
