BioTalent is delighted to be partnered with a innovative Health Technology company based in the UK and we are on the hunt for Medical Director to join the team on a full time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical leadership and guidance to ensure the clinical accuracy and relevance of the clients products and services.
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate medical insights into the design and development process.
• Stay educated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Serve as a medical subject matter expert for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Participate in external engagements, including conferences, webinars, and industry events, to promote leadership and expertise.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution; board certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Demonstrated experience in medical leadership or medical affairs roles within Health Tech
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and execute clinical evidence strategies to support product validation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
