Role Overview: Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Membership and Communications Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of member communications to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
  • Provide proactive and positive support to members, fostering a sense of belonging and satisfaction.
  • Offer comprehensive training and guidance to the Institute's volunteer base, empowering them to contribute effectively to the organisation's goals.
  • Act as a liaison between members, volunteers, and the Board, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner when engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the head office team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Institute.
