Full Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team.
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Merchandiser and Buyers.
- Supporting the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
- You must have an interest in fashion and preferably a background working for a luxury fashion brand.
- Identify and raise PO’s in-line with the buying and delivery schedule
- Managing critical path and ensuring all deliveries are on time and actioning any changes to supplier revised delivery dates.
- Assisting the team in preparation for Monday Trade Meetings.
- Liaising with wider business to provide updates on products coming into the business.
- Chase in priority orders with suppliers.
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase amendments.
- Ensure products are delivered to warehouse in time with full Merchandising capabilities and managing the delivery schedule.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability
- Able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisation skills and able to work well under pressure.
Salary: £24,000
