Full Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team.


As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Merchandiser and Buyers.
  • Supporting the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
  • You must have an interest in fashion and preferably a background working for a luxury fashion brand.
  • Identify and raise PO’s in-line with the buying and delivery schedule
  • Managing critical path and ensuring all deliveries are on time and actioning any changes to supplier revised delivery dates.
  • Assisting the team in preparation for Monday Trade Meetings.
  • Liaising with wider business to provide updates on products coming into the business.
  • Chase in priority orders with suppliers.
  • Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase amendments.
  • Ensure products are delivered to warehouse in time with full Merchandising capabilities and managing the delivery schedule.


Essential Skills/Experience

  • Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability
  • Able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisation skills and able to work well under pressure.


Salary: £24,000
