The Intern will work on the origination and facilitation of M&A deals for clients, gaining exposure across both the Recruitment & Logistics sectors.
Key Duties;
- Mapping & researching markets relevant to a client's acquisition criteria.
- Highlighting potential targets & shareholders and assessing their fit for the client
- Preparing M&A prospect reports highlighting key characteristics
- Leading the outreach to prospective targets, supporting the lead advisor throughout
- Support deal team with research and meeting preparation
- Meeting prospective clients / business owners
- Maintaining databases to support overall business performance
- Involvement in various aspects of a transaction, with extensive interaction with clients
- Prepare and regularly deliver insightful content for our readership on social media and company website
