Mobile M&E Engineer
Central London and the surrounding areas
Monday to Friday - 40 hours + on call rota
Salary - up to 44,000 depending on experience
Permanent

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled M&E Engineer to work on a high profile contract based within London and the surrounding areas, Handling all maintenance issues within commercial environment.

Duties as the Engineer will include:

• Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment.
• Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers & boilers, etc)
• Respond to re-active works.
• Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing when required
• Carry out risk assessments & keep all documents up to date
• Knowledge of Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment, CHP engines, gas boilers and chillers as a means of supplying heat, electricity and cooling

Desirable

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - The successful candidate must possess City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
• 17th or 18th Edition
• Experience in a similar role
