Mortgage Adviser
Altrincham
£35, 000 - £40, 000pa
Mon to Fri only

Our client is seeking to grow their team of Mortgage Advisors.

- To give mortgage advice to clients with regards to all matters within the scope of mortgage regulation.
- To ensure clients receive suitable advice in accordance with their needs and priorities.
- To produce written evidence of your activities as required by regulations
- To keep your product knowledge up-to-date.
- To report any anomalies to the Compliance team
- You are to conduct client interviews, analyse client needs, research the market and make suitable recommendations in writing.

Qualifications required for the role

• Must hold full CeMAP qualification or equivalent CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice
• UK based industry mortgage adviser experience .
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You must be permitted to work in the UK

Please note this role is 100% office based and you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance from Altrincham.
