About:

As Program Manager for Motor Vehicles, you'll oversee teaching quality and department management. Balancing lecturing and leadership, you'll ensure high student success and satisfaction, meeting KPIs and standards. You'll drive excellence in teaching, promote student achievement, and lead strategic growth initiatives to meet industry needs.

Qualifications:

- Need to have a minimum of Level 3 in Vehicle/ IMI
- Must have experience in Motor Vehicle industry
- Teaching experience is desirable but not necessary
- Teaching qualification is desirable but not necessary (BUT needs to be willing work toward them)   
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Motor Vehicle Department, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Uphold high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment within the department.
- Drive student success, satisfaction, and achievement through effective program delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of KPIs and program standards, in alignment with institutional objectives.
- Facilitate quality improvement initiatives to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.
- Spearhead the strategic expansion of the curriculum area, including both funded and commercial courses.
- Cultivate industry partnerships and internship opportunities to enrich student learning experiences.
- Provide high-quality teaching and assessment, actively encouraging and promoting student learning.
- Deliver an effective teaching program within Motor Vehicle, sharing skills and knowledge to motivate students.
- Develop and maintain high levels of student retention and attendance.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet learners' needs, while monitoring and evaluating progress.
