Role Overview:
Seeking dedicated
Service Technicians of all levels to expertly repair and service
vehicles, ensuring top-notch quality. You'll collaborate with a
team to boost customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive work assignments and perform checks, admin, and safety tasks.
- Evaluate tool needs and communicate concerns.
- Service and repair vehicles.
- Report additional repair needs.
- Provide reports for authorization.
- Complete administrative procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct road tests if needed.
- Assist in training other technicians.
- Attend meetings and training programs.
Requirements
As a Service Technician, you should ideally have:
- Any level technician certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Organisational and time management skills.
