Base Salary: £35,500 – £46,000  (Depending on Qualifications, Skills and Brand Experience)  + Bonus + Benefits

Role Overview:

Seeking dedicated Service Technicians of all levels to expertly repair and service vehicles, ensuring top-notch quality. You'll collaborate with a team to boost customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignments and perform checks, admin, and safety tasks.
• Evaluate tool needs and communicate concerns.
• Service and repair vehicles.
• Report additional repair needs.
• Provide reports for authorization.
• Complete administrative procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct road tests if needed.
• Assist in training other technicians.
• Attend meetings and training programs.

Requirements

As a Service Technician, you should ideally have:

• Any level technician certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Organisational and time management skills.
