MULTI TRADE CARPENTER

Are you looking for an exciting challenge in your career as a Multi Trade Carpenter? Do you enjoy working within the Commercial/Retail sector, carrying out Maintenance, Repairs and Refurbishment works?

Well this is your chance to take on a position as a Carpenter on a mobile basis around London and Kent/SE mainly.

Multi Trade Carpenter Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Carry out maintenance repairs and refurbishment/installation projects across client sites in and around London and South East Counties
• Some element of Multi Trades is good; General painting & decorating, basic tiling etc
• Working in a more commercial environment, including Commercial Offices, Retail Outlets including clothing stores and many others.
• Maintaining paper work and keeping log books up to date where required
• Issuing permits to work and overseeing sub contractors on site
• Liaising with the client and reporting to the Contracts Manager

Multi Trade Carpenter Qualifications & Training:
 

• 5+ Years industry experience within Carpentry & Joinery
• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Good Health & Safety Awareness

Multi Trade Carpenter Salary & Benefits:
 

• £40,000 Per Annum DOE
• Van Supplied (Fuel card)
• Monday to Friday with overtime available
• Some out of hours may be required from time to time
• 25 Days Holiday + Public Holidays
