Hours: 8 till 5 - Mon to Fri

Day to Day Repairs

Van & Fuel Card provided.

Salary: 40k PA

Location: London wide

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our client (housing provider) on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs in occupied properties.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in residential properties.
• Address issues promptly and efficiently to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and subcontractors to complete tasks within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken.
• You will be required to take part in the on call rota

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi trade operative, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
• Must be certified in at least one main trade and have the ability to carry out secondary trades to a high standard.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license.
