Full Job Description

We are currently looking for aMulti Trade Operative. You will be working in the Islington area. This is mobile role so a van + fuel card will be provided.

Monday - Friday

08:00am - 16:00pm

TempContract - Ongoing

Pay rate - 20.59ph paye or 25ph umbrella.

Job Purpose

The main duties of this role are to carry out day to day repairs, improvements, programmed and reactive maintenance as directed by the M&E Service Manager, ensuring a high level of productivity and working within timescales and to targets. All works are to be carried out in accordance with legislative requirements, policies and procedures and industry best practice as appropriate. The role will involve undertaking both mechanical and electrical works as necessary. This role will involve out-of-hours on-call support, to be shared with colleagues on a rota basis.
