Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representation a client who offers hard facilities management, repair, planned maintenance, mechanical and electrical, passive fire protection and statutory compliance services to the private and public sector

Due to company growth, our client is Multi Traders who are carpentry bias. The ideal candidate will be carrying out reactive maintenance and planned project works, working within care homes, housing association properties and commercial office buildings throughout the Midlands and UK.

The Ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery
• Have experiences with carrying out plaster patching, tiling, painting, decorating and basic plumbing

Package:

• 35,000 - 40,000 per annum
• Company Van
• Fuel Card
• Progression Opportunities
  

Responsibilities:

• Reactive maintenance incl. general joinery, patch repairs & decoration
• First and Second Fix joinery
• Door Fitting and architrave
• Kitchen Fitting(desirable)
• Studwork Walls
• Redecoration works
• all other general joinery works.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Full drivers license essential
• Valid CSCS (desirable)
• Own tools required
• Taking care of company tools and vehicles
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and directors
• Use initiative, be pro-active & self-motivated
• Be willing and capable to work alone and part of a team
• Have a positive commitment to the vision and values of the business
