• Supervise and manage the new NEC contract.
• Ensure compliance with all project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor and assess project progress, identifying any potential issues or risks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Proactively manage health and safety on site, ensuring all necessary protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Significant experience in highway projects.
• Sound knowledge of NEC contracts and the associated processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• An understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
• Valid driving license.
