Minor Figures . Founded on a
rooftop in 2014 by three friends with a shared love of coffee, MF has
since grown into a global brand with a team of over 100 people across
the world, with offices in the UK, USA, and Australia. We create
plant-based products for coffee lovers, baristas and a better planet.
We love teaming up with people as mad about coffee as we are and love
nothing more than heading down to their local cafe to enjoy a chat
with the friendly & expert barista.
All our products are
100% plant based and vegan friendly. The company is exploding,
achieving record sales figures each quarter.
Minor Figures
would be nothing without the independent coffee scene and our products
can be found in over 4,000 specialty coffee shops worldwide, where we
regularly run Freedays and Minor Figures FM events. We’re also
expanding fast, with products lining the shelves in major supermarkets
in our three core regions and our team achieving record sales figures
quarter-on-quarter.

There are 47,000 convenience stores in the UK, and we want to push
Minor Figures into as many of these stores as possible via our RTM
partners. Some are existing, some are new and some are yet to be
discovered
The retail channel both the UK and Ireland are
key pillar of our business growth. In collaboration with our
distributor partner you’ll be our go to for all of the key retailers
in Ireland including Tesco, Dunns and Supervalue. In addition you will
also be supporting our UK retail team to help accelerate our growth
trajectory.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Here’s an overview of what we’d like you to be
doing:
- Manage the UK Wholesale channel to drive
availability, visibility and rate of sales
- Work closely with
our Irish distributor to continually grow our retail business in that
market via all aspects of trading such as promotional planning, JBP
development, negotiation and management
- Outbound work to
unlock existing whitespace within the UK independent channel
- Ensuring delivery of the Minor Figures KPIs of sales, profit,
availability and forecasting
- Support with admin work across
the UK retail grocery channel.
As National Account manager, you’ll drive growth agenda for the
Wholesale and retail channel, inspire the wider business to feel proud
every time they walk into a store and see Penny on one of our
cartons.
More broadly, reporting into Mel, our Senior
National Account Manager, you’ll work closely with a motley crew of
teammates across the EMEA business that are celebrated for their
individuality in a work culture that encourages you to be optimistic,
experimental and daring.

You

You’ll have your finger on the
pulse when it comes to new digital trends and channels. You know what
young, bold and socially conscious consumers get up to online, and be
endlessly intrigued and motivated by uncovering how next generation
brands should show up.
You are a natural collaborator and
communicator, bringing people together despite time zones and
geographical distance.
Key Skills needed include:
- A go-getter who can work off your own steam, while
contributing to the wider team
- Familiar with the Wholesale
and Independent convenience sector
- A understand of the
retail environment
- Able to understand and manage P&Ls
- Experienced customer negotiations.

Your main place of work
will be out in the field and there will be travel to our office in
London.
Hours of work will generally be 9.00am – 5:30pm but
may vary with workload or by agreement. Flexibility is required due to
travel requirements. We expect that you will attend tradeshows and
networking events outside from time to time. Travel will be required
to follow up leads and generate sales in accordance with the Minor
Figures Travel Policy.
