New Homes Mortgage Advisor
 
Are you an experienced CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Adviser looking for a new role in Edinburgh? My clients are looking to grow their New Homes Mortgage Adviser teams and we  have a number of outstanding opportunities for experienced Mortgage only or Mortgage & Protection Advisers.
 
Details

• 30k basic
• Quarterly bonus structure
• Excellent commission splits
• Pre-qualified leads provided
• Hybrid pattern

Role Requirements:

• Highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Have a minimum of 1 year mortgage and or protection experience with CAS.
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
• Must be fully CeMAP qualified.
• Living withing a commutable distance to Edinburgh
