A luxury housing developer who build luxury New Build Property in Cambridshire locations are looking from a New Build Sales Negotiator in Peterborough

Essential Experience:

• Property experience with either an estate agent or a new build developer
• A stable employment profile

Day to day duties:

• Dealing with enquiry's from potential buyers
• Conducting viewings & chasing up the customer after an appointment
• Presentation of the sales & marketing suite
• Progression sales from reservation to exchange & then completion
• Handing customers over to the customer service team
