If you are a New Homes Sales Negotiator with at least 2 years experience selling either new build homes or re-sale property I am keen to speak to you about a Sales Negotiator position for a luxury property developer based in Canary Wharf
The ideal candidate with demonstrate stability on their employment profile, you will also be able to deliver excellent customer service on the phone & face to face. We are looking for Sales Negotiator that thrives in a fast paced selling environment and is pro active to their property sales approach
Day to day duties:
- Responding to initial enquiries either via the website or on Right Move
- Communication with customers via email, on the phone or face to face
- Booking in appointments to showcase the development
- Conducting viewings
- Following up with customers after their viewing or appointment
- Keeping the customer up to date with their completion dates
- Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
- Sales Progression
- Maintaining close relationships with construction, the progression team & customer relations
