Night Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN)
Salary up to £37,000 (DOE)

Linq Healthcare have partnered with a market leading nationwide organisation who are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate Night Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) to join their service in Liverpool, where they provide rehabilitation and recovery for Working Age Adults with Complex and High Accuity Needs. This Service has opened recently and is looking for Staff to come on board and really make a difference.

The Role:
- Building therapeutic relationships and developing plan of care with patients
- Developing risk assessments to identify risks and working with the patients to reduce them
- Monitoring physical health and wellbeing and recording physical observations
- Assessing and talking to patients about their problems and discuss the best way to plan and deliver their care
- Ensuring the correct administration of medication, including injections, and monitor the results of treatment
- Responding to distressed patients in a non-threatening manner and attempt to understand the source of their discomfort
- Helping patients manage their emotions through de-escalation techniques
- Preparing and maintaining patient records and produce care plans and risk assessments
Requirements:
- Paid DBS check,
- Paid NMC membership after 12 months
