Job Title: Nursery Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Contract Type: Full-time Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1)? TeacherActive is currently seeking a Nursery Class Teacher to join a vibrant Catholic Primary School in West Norwood, London, to provide maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.

- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and independence.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives personalized attention and support.

**Requirements:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Proven experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1 settings.

- A valid DBS certificate registered on the update service.

- Strong understanding of Catholic ethos and values (desirable but not essential).
