Nursery Manager

Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, childcare, and leadership skills to drive the success of our nursery.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise nursery staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities for children.

- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children in English.

- Maintain a clean and organized nursery facility.

- Monitor and assess the development and well-being of each child in the nursery.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting.

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage nursery staff.

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively.

- A minimum in Level 3 childcare qualification
