Nursery Manager

Lincolnshire

negotiable

Time to have your voice heard.

Time to make an impact in a small, but busy nursery.

What's the role?

You'll Coordinate the production plan of plants grown across a 2-acre nursery. The nursery grows predominantly Hardy Ornamental Stock, across polytunnels, glasshouses and outdoor spaces.

You will be making sure you have the resources available to do what you need. From crop protection to managing stock, potting and general plant care.

You'll be the person who manages the nursery team while minimising production and labour costs and maintaining high-quality standards.

What do I need?

You'll need experience working in a commercial nursery, as this busy operation will need someone who knows what they're doing.

Ideally, you'll have your PA1 and PA6. They grow a mixture of crops, so we're open to what you've grown in the past.

You might already be a nursery manager or a supervisor who is ready to take a step up - either way we want to hear from you.

What's next?

For an informal chat, please call me, Kieran on (phone number removed), email (url removed) or message me on LinkedIn. Don't worry if your CV isn't up to date, just send what you have already, and we can sort the rest later.
