An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nursery Manager, based in Surrey.

Salary 45000

Job Purpose:
To make sure that children are having a great time and thriving in the Nursery. That they are kept safe, our procedures and policies are followed & parents have a smooth experience.

Qualifications / Educational Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare
All mandatory training certificates
Full and relevant paediatric first aid certificate
Fully DSL certified

Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Experience of managing and understanding nursery finances
4 years minimum previous nursery manager experience (of a large setting)
Previous OFSTED experience with a grading of 'Good' or above
Thorough knowledge of the EYFS Framework, The Statutory Framework & The Inspection Framework
Excellent people management skills
Excellent childcare recruitment skills
SENCO trained
Previous experience as a DSL
First Aid trained
