Nursery Room Leader

On great transport routes, this very large and busy nursery in Bromley are looking for a passionate senior practitioner to oversee their lovely Baby Unit. £26k plus for a 40 hr week with loads of benefits, and great opportunities for future progression with this growing provider.

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
