Nursery Room Leader

Westerham

Permanent, Full-time, paid to scale/negotiable based on experience

Vision For Education are working in partnership with a Nursery and have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Room Leader. You will be joining a caring, welcoming and supportive team. The Nursery would like you to through play; teach, inspire and have fun with the children. The Nursery has a compassionate and experienced management team who will be there to listen and support you with the role, whether you are new to it or an experienced Room Leader.

On a daily basis, you will be working together as a team to create fun-filled days for the children and yourselves. You will also be in control of deciding what resources you want to spend your budget on and taking ownership of the room and it’s layout in order to create some memorable days together.

Requirements

The desired Nursery Room Leader will have;

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar
  • A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
  • Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Leadership experience / ability
  • Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
