Full Job Description
This lovely
Nursery in Crawley are looking for an experienced Pre- School Room
Leader, working a 40 hr week either 4 or 5 days, with a salary c£29k
depending on experience. on a great transport route.
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3
Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a
Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of
leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise
and support others
Has a genuine passion and
excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and
regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards
and requirements
