Seeking an Exceptional Occupational Health Nurse

Occupational Health Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert occupational health advice and support to employees and management.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings, including pre-employment screenings and health surveillance programs.
• Offer guidance on workplace adjustments and accommodations to promote employee well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement health promotion initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Occupational Health Nurse Requirements:

• Valid NMC pin.
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing.
• Proven experience in occupational health nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
