Job Title: Occupational Therapists

Location: Bridgwater

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

• Working within our neighbourhood community teams carrying out Occupational Therapist assessment in the community.

• This role will require the Occupational Therapist to complete recommendations for DFG's, complete complex moving and handling assessment and housing options assessments.

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
