Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is required to be part of an in house service you will work closelywith Occupational Healthand will also support other members of the multi disciplinaryteam in the delivery of an effective Occupational Health service.

Workingas part of theirfriendly, small Occupational Health team you will play a valued role, including:

-Providing practical support for individuals to overcome barriers to work considering physical, psychological, social and environmental factors
-Work with individuals and their managers to obtain suitable equipment and encourage support mechanisms
-Help establish realistic goals
-Ensure that individuals have access to or are signposted to the support attendance at work
-Experience in writing case reports
-Experience in carrying ergonomic assessments

The ideal candidate will have experience in utilising Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
