Job Description

As an Off Highways Marking Operative you will work in various environments, internally in warehouses, multistorey carparks and externally in car parks and playgrounds. Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out various marking works and the possibility of demonstrating your own creativity
  • Safety - compliance with Health & Safety procedures
  • Using different types of  materials applications and equipment including paint machines
  • Surface preparations and masking outlines

Requirements of the role mean you will work a variety of shifts, however off highways works are predominantly days. Roles are available in a number of our depots including: Croydon, Essex, Milton Keynes and Reading.

Qualifications

You should be experienced in road marking with a high attention to detail. You should be methodical in your approach to your work and take pride the work you complete. Ideally you will be a problem solver with the ability to be creative when needed. You will also need:

  • Driving licence* (required)
  • NVQ Road Marking or equivalent experience
  • CSCS card

*Licence checks will be conducted ahead of employment
