Administrator - Asbestos team
Location: Central London
8-5pm
Fully office based
Upto 35k
I am currently working with a specialist engineering contractor in the recruiting of a hardworking administrator.
We are looking for someone with a strong administrator background with a professional approach.
Responsibilities:
* Weekly Time Sheets Review
- all weekly time sheets and add to spreadsheet for weekly sign off by
Senior Management
* New Enquiries Management - All new enquiries
are sent by the CM, the new enquiry including any associated
documentation (Surveys etc), client details uploaded in Current Tender
Project on Enterprise with a unique ASB number following on from last
tender number - Given a unique job name.
* Spreadsheets - Any
large enquiries may require a spreadsheet for the CM to price to
include all identified Asbestos containing materials from the Survey,
to include Square Meterage for CM to price accordingly.
* Contract
Award Administration- If successful with tender, the enquiry is then
raised as a new contract award (Confirmation from client to be sent by
CM - order) - The file is then relocated to Projects on Enterprise
* Waste Consignment Notes - Any remedial works will require a
waste consignment note generated by Lisa, Template on Enterprise
Uploading of ALL Site Paperwork on completion of works
* All
paperwork including Site Inspection records are logged and retained as
appropriate - scanned documents into project system for particular
job.
* Accreditations - To ensure all accreditation are available
and updated at all times on the system.
* Exposure Records -
Maintain all exposure records including HAVS on current live
spreadsheet, located on the system.
* Site Staff Training
Certification including Subcontracted Labour and Plant -All certs must
be verified and added on to system.
* Correspondence Record -
Keeping of ALL necessary correspondence including clients, suppliers,
employees, HSE and ARCA Site Inspections HSE Medicals including Face
Fits Ensure all medical and Face fits for employees are kept in date
and when required booking of new Medical and face fits.
* Parking -
Future/Current Projects where parking required including any
dispensation booked by Admin
* PQQ - Managing new
enquiries/tenders PQQ's
Attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills are key requirements for this role and you MUST be advanced in MS Office.
