Implement your administration and customer service skills in a community based organisation that will offer you new challenges and openings.
In the Administrator job, you will be:
- Main point of contact for any enquiries – telephone,
email, postal
- Carrying out admin duties including,
filing and typing, minute taking (from recordings) and data
handling
- Putting together and issuing out paperwork and documents
- Corresponding with customers and internal staff
To be considered for the Administrator role you must
have:
- Strong IT skills including data handling and MS
Excel
- Previous administration, minute taking and office
experience
- A good telephone manner and high levels of
customer service
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage
a high-volume workload
This is an ongoing temporary role, working full time, approx. 37 hours per week,8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. However flexibility may be available on timings for the right person. You'll be based in offices in Mold and starting on an hourly rate of £12.00 + benefits.
