Fox Construction Recruitment are looking for aOffice Manager / Book Keeper to join their clients team. This is for a family run car garage that is based in theThree Legged Cross area.
Duties will include;
- Preparing VAT using Sage 50
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with invoices
- Preparing BACS payments
- Dealing with customers face to face and by telephone
- General administration duties
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, ability to prioritise and work well under pressure as the office can get busy at times.
This will be a permanent position for the successful candidate with the option of full time 09:00AM - 17:00PM Monday - Friday or four days a week 09:00AM - 17:00PM Tuesday - Friday.
Pay rate is totally negotiable depending on skill set and experience.
