Office Administrator – (part-time) - Budget Monitoring

Job Description

• E-mailing documentation between contractors and stakeholders.

• Chasing documentation within allotted timeframes.

• Typing up notes for Managers.

• Attending regular production meetings.

• Running monthly reports to the clients

• Running monthly reports to the Directors for monthly board meeting

• Helping and support the project managers ensure all report paperwork is all correct and return in the timeframe
