Onsite Account Specialist - Immediate Start Location: Lurgan
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Shift Hours: Evening shift, 6 PM - 2 AM, Sunday to Thursday (Flexible start time up to 10:30 PM, must finish after 2 PM)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, with OTE circa £30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Understand client needs, source candidates, coordinate recruitment strategies, and manage candidate onboarding and training.
- Client Management: Innovate service delivery, maintain client relations, prepare manpower plans, and ensure service meets SLA requirements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all operations are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in professional account management or recruitment. Strong administration and IT skills are crucial.
- Skills: Excellent communication capabilities to engage effectively across all levels.
- Qualifications: Minimum GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
- Traits: Accountability, relationship-building, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements:
A full, clean driving license is necessary.
