Openreach Coordinator - Exeter 

Are you someone with a knack for coordination, organisation and communication? We're seeking a proactive individual to join our team as an Openreach Coordinator . In this role, you'll be the go-to person for communications between FullFibre and BT Openreach and act as point-of-contact for all Physical Infrastructure Access queries.

Role Overview

Openreach, a part of BT, owns and maintains the majority of the UK's telecommunications infrastructure, including fibre-optics that connect homes and businesses to the internet. For us, FullFibre, to achieve our mission of bridging the digital divide, providing high-speed connections and becoming the UK's leading wholesale provider we must comply with Openreach's regulatory requirements. 

As an Openreach Coordinator, your primary role will involve communicating with Openreach regarding our network adjustments and ensuring full compliance with their regulations. 

This role requires a high level of governance. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate with internal teams as the main contact for all aspects of the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) journey.
  • Translate survey data into Notices of Intent (NOIs), manage the Openreach PIA portal, and ensure accurate network adjustments on PIA.
  • Track, distribute documentation, and register completed networks on PIA.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication for efficient PIA processes.
  • Respond to inquiries for timely delivery and provide performance reports on Openreach.
  • Collaborate with build teams and act as a point of contact for supervisors, managers, and customers regarding PIA activities, ensuring compliance with the PIA contractual framework.

We are looking for someone who

  • Experience working In a heavily governed industry with high levels of compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical documents and processes.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and other Office 365-based applications.
  • Is a team player with a collaborative work ethic.
  • Ability to extract information and act upon instruction effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
