Role Summary
The Operational Support Administrator role at MCL Medics presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised individual to assist in the seamless operation of our organisation's activities. We are in search of a dependable and driven professional with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is adept at navigating the fast-paced and ever-evolving demands of our clients. While knowledge of Occupational Health operations is preferred, it is not essential. Candidates should be adept at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and have a zeal for supporting the success of the organisation.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently scheduling clinical appointments
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of clinics
  • Engaging with clients
  • Handling telephone calls, website enquiries, and emails
  • Creating and managing digital files, maintaining accurate clinical data in Occupational Health systems

This permanent role offers flexibility with a hybrid/remote working model, primarily based out of our Southport office.

  • Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products
