A brilliant opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join a truly world class company whose founders are team of hugely successful tech entrepreneurs with years experience of creating and growing a number of highly successful tech start ups.


They hire the best and brightest talent to bring their products to life and are now looking for a Operations Administrator to join their latest venture.


They're building a mobile first SaaS platform with the sole aim to democratize elite coaching, which is usually only accessible and affordable to execs, leaders and directors.

Using cutting edge tech combined with AI and Gamification this ground-breaking product will be available to everyone.


The Ops Administrator will oversee Calendly Scheduling, case management, reporting, coach administration and ensuring access to coaching training.


Skills needed:


-2-5 years of experience in an operational role

-Strong attention to detail

-Familiarity with working with freelancers, contractors or affiliates

-Strong organisation & collaboration skills

-Comfortable with fast-paced start-up environment and ability to handle ambiguity

-Exceptional critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve independently and quickly

-Excellent communication skills, both in terms of accuracy and clarity

-Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a high pressure, deadline-driven virtual environment


The role will be on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the London office and 2-3 days remote.
