Full Job Description

Job Summary

To work closely with the Operations team assisting with the day to day administrative activities of the department. The successful individual will help to update and maintain databases as well as communicate with EVC clients and customers. The position holder will also work to accelerate the delivery of jobs by proactively approaching the outstanding adminitrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Update and maintain comprehensive databases with key information about company assets
  • Maintaining communication with our suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of installations.
  • Support Operations Managers with planning and scheduling of operational activities
  • Carry out general administrative ad hoc tasks
  • Assisting customers & clients on the phone
  • Closing customer support emails/tickets to their satisfaction
  • Weekend on call periodically reviewing tickets to ensure no significant issues arising and escalating.

Skills/ Experience

  • Experience in B2B Operations administration (Essential)
  • Proven track record in executing operational processes
  • Strong IT skill and proficiency with MS Office Applications; particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive, commitment, and desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced changing industry
  • Pro-active, and reactive approach to all work
  • Team player, positive attitude

Additional

  • Monday to Friday - Office based (40hrs)
  • Occasional weekend on call (Remote)
  • Salary - 25,000.00
